Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, hospitality, operations, or a related environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to support multiple store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute Arden's Garden operational procedures accurately and consistently.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on company policies, systems, processes, and operational standards.
• Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, organization, food safety, product quality, and store readiness.
• Monitor store operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution.
• Ensure operational checklists, processes, and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Support implementation of new operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Communicate operational concerns and opportunities to store leadership.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, product rotation, and stock organization.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and accuracy initiatives.
• Monitor product freshness, quality, and merchandising standards.
• Help reduce waste through proper inventory control and product handling practices.
• Ensure products are stocked, displayed, and maintained according Arden's Garden standards.
• Support onboarding and operational training of new team members.
• Demonstrate best practices through daily execution and leadership by example.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and guidance regarding operational procedures, product handling, and customer service standards.
• Reinforce company expectations through observation, feedback, and support.
• Assist store leadership with training initiatives and implementation of new programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Serve as a role model for customer engagement, product knowledge, and brand representation.
