Arden's Garden is seeking an Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across our stores and uphold brand standards. You will serve as a subject-matter expert on policies, procedures, and customer service standards, coaching teams to execute with accuracy and care.

In this role, you’ll manage inventory, ensure product freshness and merchandising standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, hospitality, operations, or a related environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coach, influence, and support team members without direct supervisory authority.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to support multiple store locations as needed.
