Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and drive efficiency across processes. You will lead a team of retail coordinators, manage special projects, and oversee critical areas like debit terminals, cash handling, pricing, and store operations.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and strong communication. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail ops or related PM roles, with mentoring experience and familiarity

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations, training, coordination, or PM, incl. managing projects from conception to completion.
• Retail management experience is a plus.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and lead multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading or mentoring others is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems, e-commerce, and retail software.
• MS Office, incl. Excel.
• Ability to navigate regulatory environments and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of retail coordinators; ensure accuracy and development.
• Lead special retail projects; ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Oversee debit terminal & ATM management; ensure setup, uptime, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate cash pickup scheduling; align with security and accounting teams; audit processes.
• Communicate new pricing; track POS/e-commerce discrepancies; collaborate with marketing.
• Post price updates, create and share monthly company newsletter; manage team incentives.
• Prepare and send weekly leadership deck; handle ad hoc requests with responsiveness.
