FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Project Coordinator in a hybrid role, posting 14191. The position supports Operations Production with data-driven reporting and documentation management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an industry related field or combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience delivering OSP Telecommunications services or utility related industry.
• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
• Problem solver and critical thinker.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Access, Project.
• Understand the project life cycle as defined by PMI.
• Ability to apply project management concepts and methodology.
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and provide to management meaningful reports using KPIs to aid health of the project.
• Develop, maintain and update project documentation.
• Develop and maintain program file system (physical and electronic).
• Contact customers to obtain project specific information.
• Complete project close-out per company standards.
• Track accruals weekly and report weekly.
• Schedule work and crew makes with scheduler for internal and external use.
• Review invoices from subcontractors to confirm production and accounting.
