Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting/operational administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create US03 work orders with correct cost centers, profit centers and customer data.
• Create sales orders with guidance to ensure correct rates and pricing.
• Collaborate with subregional leadership and supply chain to reconcile charges.
• Track aged work orders and assist with reconciliation.
• Produce work order analytics and sales order metrics.
• Maintain customer rate matrix at a subregional level.
• Coordinate with AR on invoicing processes.
• Participate in subregional manager meetings for support related to orders.
