Job summary

USA Compression in El Reno, Oklahoma is seeking a Retail Support Supervisor to join our Operational Support team. You will manage retail work orders and sales orders for operations, AMS and shipping/logistics, ensuring accuracy from creation to invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong SAP and MyWork knowledge and experience with ERP processes.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; excellent communication skills.
• 2–5+ years in accounting, AR or operational admin; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create US03 work orders with correct cost centers, profit centers, and customer data.
• Create sales orders; ensure rates and pricing accuracy on orders.
• Coordinate with subregional leadership, supply chain and AR to reconcile charges.
• Track aged work orders and assist operations with reconciliation.
• Report work order and sales order metrics by subregion.
