Lead with energy, train associates, and drive sales while managing inventory and store operations. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and involves standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and customer needs is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work with large teams and handle fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive customer experience.
• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, features, and fit.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to coach associates and meet performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed and the store is easy to shop.
• Provide feedback to management to improve business performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards and assist with stock handling.
