Job summary

Fabletics seeks a Sales Lead for its Northpark Center store in Dallas, TX to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support Sales & Operations. You’ll work with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to hit bold targets and drive the customer journey from in-store to online integrations.

You should be a self-starter with high energy, strong communication, and a passion for active lifestyle brands. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to engage customers and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a team setting.
• Wamiliarity with inventory and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and inspire associates to meet performance goals.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and report inventory/training needs to the Store Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and ensuring safety and security standards.
