Fabletics in Boise, ID is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to elevate the in-store customer experience and drive sales goals. You will mentor associates, partner with the Store Manager, and help bridge online and in-store shopping.

The role requires energy, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You’ll leverage product knowledge to inspire customers and lead by example.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior management a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store customer experiences and drive sales performance.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and supervisors to motivate associates.
• Support omnichannel initiatives between website and store.
• Train staff and give feedback on customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and inventory awareness.
• Meet and exceed store performance goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards.
• Assist with unpacking inventory as needed.
