Guitar Center Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support in-store operations. You will manage shipping/receiving, inventory, and merchandising to enhance the customer experience and ensure accurate stock levels.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, the ability to work in a loud environment, and availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Physical tasks include lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
