Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in New York to help drive profitability and efficiency across the store. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipments, replenishment, and floor sets while maintaining strong visual standards and safe, welcoming spaces for guests.

This role requires standing and consistent movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a client‑centric, service‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement around all store areas.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb or twist; use ladder safely.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with results‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
• Support safe operations with stockroom standards and efficient processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and team as needed.
• Assist in company-wide operations directives with the team.
