Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with a ladder or lift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand needs to support their shopping experience.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, and backroom organization.
• Execute transfers, RTVs, claims, and general freight processing per SOPs.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Support safety, loss prevention policies and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to a inclusive store environment and team collaboration.
