• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prep in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards for safety and organization.
• Contribute to omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Execute merchandise strategy per leadership plans.
• Engage in a learning environment through training materials.
