• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare backroom stock.
• Maintain clean, safe backroom standards.
• Support omnichannel initiatives including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Follow leadership plans for merchandise placement to deliver a great customer experience.
• Engage in continuous learning from peers and training materials.
