Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Manager to lead front-end operations, inventory accuracy, and associate development. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training, while aligning store performance with business goals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service leadership, community engagement, and coordination with store leadership to optimize schedules, payroll, and processes. Floor & Decor is committed to inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail/customer service management experience including recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Customer Service Associates and store front-end inventory accuracy.
• Oversee front-end operations, scheduling and development of associates.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train and develop store associates.
• Drive inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Review P&L statements to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance to scheduling, payroll and business planning processes.
• Open and/or close the store as needed.
• Support e-commerce inventory availability in-store.
