Job summary

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently as a team.
• Delivers excellent customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain flow of goods.
