Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring for a store role focused on delivering a premier customer experience through strong merchandising and efficient processing. You will engage customers, maintain clean and organized aisles, and support Associates in daily operations.

The position requires at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Able to train others and guide junior Associates.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise and ensure proper floor replenishment.
• Coordinate with the Manager on Duty to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, adhere to labor policies, and support store shrink reduction initiatives.
