The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends, strong communication, and teamwork. Prior retail and leadership experience is valued, with opportunities to contribute to store objectives.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
• Minimum 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and maintain customer experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety and recycling programs.
