Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule management to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Review financial and operational reports regularly and act on findings.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives and staff development to boost sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Manage inventory, pricing updates, and markdowns; protect assets.
