Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, and leading and influencing a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals across retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive store profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity within payroll limits.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, store visit results, and audits.
• Lead by example and share best practices to achieve store APGs and performance targets.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
