• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity.
• Review and respond to financial and operational reporting and audits.
• LeadGuest Engagement and training programs to improve guest experience and APG metrics.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
