No fireworks experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role involves scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, POS usage, and contributing to local advertising and community events, with travel for trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Showroom Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully stocked store environment.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies and report issues.
• Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts.
• Manage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and reporting.
• Maintain proficiency in POS, inventory, and ordering systems.
• Assist with local advertising, signage, and community engagement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
