Job summary

Phantom Fireworks in Breezewood, PA is seeking a high-energy Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations year-round. You will hire and coach employees, ensure policy compliance and safety, and coordinate local advertising and community engagement. Travel for trainings and conferences is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Showroom Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully stocked store environment
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
• Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Manage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and financial reporting
• Complete weekly reconciliations (banking, payroll, expenses, petty cash)
• Attend trainings, meetings, and annual conferences (travel required)
• Perform other related duties as assigned
