Phantom Fireworks is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager in Monroeville, PA to support the Showroom Manager and help run daily store operations. This full-time, year-round role offers comprehensive training and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Showroom Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully stocked store environment.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and document/report issues.
• Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Complete weekly reconciliations (banking, payroll, expenses, petty cash).
• Maintain proficiency in POS, inventory, and ordering systems.
• Oversee store security, including equipment checks and monitoring potential risks.
• Assist with local advertising, signage, and community engagement efforts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and annual conferences (travel required).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
