Hibbett I City Gear De Queen is seeking a Manager in Training to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and helps drive sales, promotions, and service quality across all departments.

The candidate will step in during the Store Manager’s absence, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold company policies and standards while delivering exceptional service to long-time customers.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and goals.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Team-player with a focus on service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead store activities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain outstanding customer service per policies and manuals.
• Perform administrative duties and support the Store Manager’s responsibilities.
• Deliver extraordinary service during peak periods and promote services.
