Qualifications

• Experience working in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act in store manager's absence and take supervisory responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Lead staff, communicate inventory movements and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per company standards.
• Handle administrative duties and uphold store policies.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
