At Home is seeking an Assistant Store Manager – Operations in Little Rock to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, financial performance, and team development in a large-format retail setting.

The role emphasizes drive, high standards, coaching, scheduling, payroll accuracy, shrink control, and customer experience, with opportunities to mentor Operations Leads and Zone Lead teams, ensuring a safe, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ members and manage $5M+ revenue.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to meet sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent with succession planning.
• Coach and develop staff; support internal career growth.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Plan and oversee operations, including opening/closing and front-end processes.
• Manage freight, inventory, stocking, and merchandising to keep in-stock conditions.
• Lead customer satisfaction, loss prevention, and cash handling efforts.
• Address Team Member and customer concerns with urgency and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe team environment.
