• Trains, coaches, and manages associates in daily tasks.
• Maintains inventory and vendor relations per directions from General Office.
• Reviews daily reports to ensure adherence to store policies.
• Solves problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensures store facilities comply with safety codes and presentation standards.
• Executes local store marketing and drives customer service excellence.
• Protects company assets and monitors delinquency rates.
