Job summary

Floor & Decor in Cave Springs, AR is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will supervise associates, manage scheduling, train staff, and model the P’s of retail—People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion and Pro Services.

As Chief Executive Merchant on site, you will ensure merchandising standards, maintain inventory accuracy, analyze reports, and collaborate with corporate to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and customer service per company guidelines.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, and store presentation.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
• Schedule optimization during peak periods.
• Train and develop store associates; manage performance.
