Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Logistics Admin for the Seattle Operations, Seasonal - Full Time role. You will coordinate vendor orders, manage product deliveries, and support the Gift Shop team in a fast-paced maritime retail environment.

The position requires invoicing in Oracle/Markview, POS PO entry, and report creation in Excel/Access. Candidates must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States, with

Qualifications

• Experience using Oracle and Markview for invoicing and procurement.
• Proficiency with Excel and Access for reporting.
• Ability to enter Purchase Orders into a POS system.
• Experience coordinating vendor orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of vendor orders and product delivery schedules.
• Communication with Alaska Lodge Retail Management and staff at multiple warehouse locations in Seattle and Alaska.
• Management of invoicing using Oracle & Markview.
• Purchase Order entry into a POS system.
• Report generation and updates using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Occasional physical warehouse work (must be able and willing to lift up to 40lbs).
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work in Seattle office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of vendor orders and product delivery schedules.
• Communication and collaboration with Alaska Lodge Retail Management and staff at multiple warehouse locations in Seattle and Alaska.
• Management of invoicing using our accounting systems, Oracle & Markview.
• Purchase Order entry into a Point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Report generation and updates using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Occasional physical warehouse work (must be able and willing to lift up to 40lbs).
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
