Job summary

Sephora Charlotte is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, oversee inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment and merchandising standards while coaching teammates to excel.

You will lead the operations team, deliver exceptional client experiences, ensure policy compliance, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture through training and accountability.

Flexible scheduling and reliability are essential as the role supports peak nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
• Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes and performance metrics.
