Job summary

Sephora Round Rock is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store efficiency and exceptional client experiences. You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory, merchandising, and coach staff to deliver strong results in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires leadership experience in retail operations, solid communication skills, and the ability to develop teammates. Expect a full-time, on-site schedule with opportunities to impact store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
• Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
