Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates on operational processes to ensure store standards.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, receiving, stocking and planogram adherence.
• Manage staffing coverage for key store processes and daily operations.
• Ensure a safe environment for associates and pets and enforce store policies.
• Lead opening and closing procedures and communicate priorities to the team.
• Address associate concerns and support development and performance reviews.
