Job summary

Sephora Mt Juliet is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store efficiency and deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll oversee the operations team, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best.

You’ll lead with impact, uphold Sephora standards, and partner with the team to meet store goals while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact over inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store upkeep to support sales.
• Support client experience by delivering exceptional service and helping achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members; teach operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
