Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership or customer-focused environment experience.
• Full-time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coach associates.
• Develop onboarding and associate training programs; support development and reviews.
• Delegate daily tasks and ensure store operations meet business and pet care standards.
• Lead and coach on operational processes to ensure pets in care are safe and healthy.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for pivotal store activities and communicate priorities to the team.
• Oversee inventory, pricing and store standards; manage vendor relationships and communicate store priorities.
