• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train sales associates on product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Oversee merchandise strategies, inventory, audits, and stock replenishment.
• Operate POS systems and process cash transactions accurately and in line with policy.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and maintain store standards.
• Support associate development, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Ensure pet care standards and safety for customers and pets.
