Formación

• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Proven ability to drive top-line sales, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team aligned with Ulta Beauty’s mission.
• Drive sales growth and manage inventory life cycle, including planograms, cycle counts, and RTV/DIF processes.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance with policies, and effective scheduling and attendance management.
