Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable with Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve top-line sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, payroll budgets, and inventory life-cycle processes.
• Develop and coach a diverse team; focus on talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standards and drive merchandising and planograms.
