Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performance store team, aligning with Ulta Beauty's mission and values. You will drive sales, inventory control, and guest experience while developing talent and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

You will manage realignments, planograms, and lifecycle processes, while leading a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager. The role emphasizes accountability, results, and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, leading a team through change.

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use store forecasts and budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity within payroll.
• Review financial and operational reports and respond to store visit/audit results.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed about trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and accountability per policy.
