Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team, focusing on sales growth, inventory control, and compliance with company standards. You will manage a team including Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, drive efficiency, coaching, and strong execution of store processes.

The role demands 2–3+ years of retail management experience, a preference for a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to lead through complexity while delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or equivalent.
• Financial management and payroll budgeting experience.
• Leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to support scheduling and productivity within budget.
• Analyze financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Leverage programs and tools to improve store performance.
• Lead guest experiences with demonstrations and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Enforce attendance and store policies consistently.
