Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience in a store setting.
• Experience driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Proven ability to monitor inventory, implement merchandising directives, and lead a service culture.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Use store forecasts and budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Lead through setting priorities, coaching, and development of the team.
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory life-cycle, planograms, and returns processes.
• Communicate trends and opportunities to field leadership.
