Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store team, drive top-line sales, and ensure operational excellence. You will oversee staff, planograms, inventory cycles, and customer experience across shifts.

The role requires 2-3+ years in retail management, strong leadership and communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Bachelor’s degree preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team focused on sales growth, guest service, and operational excellence.
• Manage realignments, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes (cycle counts, RTV, DIF, etc.).
• Monitor store performance through financial and operational reporting and adjust staffing as needed.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to associates and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Drive profitability through scheduling, budgeting, and execution of merchandising directives.
