Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top‑line sales growth.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of associates and managers to deliver guest service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, inventory life cycle processes, and planograms with adherence to budgets.
• Provide coaching and ongoing training to store staff and monitor KPI performance.
