Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Lead scheduling and payroll planning with the GM to maximize productivity.
• Conduct makeup applications and product demonstrations to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies and dress code.
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory controls and loss prevention.
