Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Leader for the TX-The Rim store to drive daily retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising excellence. You will coach the team, ensure high service standards, and execute brand initiatives to enhance the client experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, with strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site position supports peak operations and offers healthcare and employee development

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, accountability-driven culture.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
