Sephora USA, Inc is seeking an Operations Leader in Oak Brook, IL to drive store operations, inventory control, and merchandising excellence. You will lead the operations team, coach staff, and ensure a superior client experience while meeting store goals.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 40-hour schedules with peak-operations coverage are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and ensure operational standards are met
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals
• Coach and develop team members to build a fulfilling career path and learn operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
• Foster an inclusive culture and promote teamwork while upholding Sephora standards
