Strive Solutions is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide day-to-day retail operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will oversee fulfillment and customer operations teams to deliver high-quality experiences and meet KPIs.

You will drive metrics with analytics, own staffing and resource planning, coach teammates, and partner with logistics, customer service, and technology teams to improve end-to-end workflows and scale operational excellence.

• Proven operational leadership experience in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong comfort with metrics, reporting, and analytics-driven decision-making.
