Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Distribution or Warehouse management experience across multiple sub-departments.
• 3–5 years of Fanatics Commerce tenure or equivalent culture familiarity.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Internet, Mainframe, FMS, and DMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound operations across multiple sub-departments.
• Manage a team of Supervisors and athletes to achieve performance targets.
• Use data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to drive efficiency and results.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance and staffing optimization.
• Plan and coordinate staffing, scheduling, and capacity to meet peak demand.
