Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

In this role you will execute shipments and stock replenishment, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead by example in driving customer satisfaction while coaching associates to deliver strong sales and service.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach in real time
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity
