Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager in Lanett, AL to lead operational execution across freight, Feed to Floor, and recovery processes. You will coach team members, ensure compliance with safety and inventory controls, and support the Store Manager in planning and daily operations.

You will oversee security, backroom organization, and equipment operation while driving Legendary Service and a safe, productive work environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and supervision.
• Knowledge of store operations and safety policies.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor processes and ensure timely follow-up on routines.
• Manage weekly recovery processes, including Targeting Outs, and maintain recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties and ensure receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and stock area organization and standards.
• Ensure security processes and controls are followed across the store.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager with planning and safety compliance.
• Operate store equipment safely and assist customers with loading purchases.
